Indusil™ SQX7 SILICONE

Film former used in tires & bladders and metal dies such as aluminum die casting. It can be used as a component in polyurethane mold release formulations and as a surfactant to help stabilize PVC plastisol foam. Film former used in general release applications requiring excellent mold film formation. It includes tires & bladders and metal dies such as aluminum die casting. It is a colloidal dispersion of a silicate-type material in polydimethylsiloxane. It is used as a component in polyurethane mold release formulations. Benefits: Shows increased durability of the release effect and good heat resistance It is highly effective with virtually all types of substrates and is easy to formulate It is a colorless liquid, effective at low concentrations Soluble in a variety of solvents and in several silicone oils

Magnasoft™ 2059 TEXTILE SOFTENER

Softener recommended for textile industry. It is used in virtually any type of fabric requiring excellent smoothness & bouncy softness, mercerized cotton knits, fiber and thread lubricants. It is suitable for wool & wool-blended knits and worsted wool woven, hand-feel modifier for PU leather and natural leather. It is a cationic, self-cross-linkable silicone emulsion of an amino-functional silicone polymer in water. It consists of 35% branched amino-silanol. Magnasoft™ 588TX

Softener recommended for textile industry. It is used in cotton and cotton-blended knits & woven, viscose & linen fabric and blends. It is suitable for quick-drying cotton knits, polyester and polyamide woven. It is a specialty silicone emulsion concentrate considered for high to mid and low-end fabric finishing. It is a yellowish transparent to translucent liquid, easily water dispersible and hence, can be used in a textile finishing bath. Benefits: Offers quick water absorbency, moisture management, fabric whiteness, non-discoloration and shear stability at broad pH and temperature without compromising softness Results in a luxuriously voluminous touch, soft feel on cotton and cotton blends while maintaining the hydrophilic nature of cellulosic fabrics Exhibits low pour point (< -20 °C) and provides cotton-like feel with hydrophilicity when applied to synthetic fabrics Possesses good compatibility with most typical textile finishing chemicals including organic softeners, durable press resins, anti-static agents and selected optical brightening agents.
