TOLONATE™ HDB

Crosslinker recommended for two-component polyurethane coatings and varnishes. It is also ideal for exterior protective coatings for car repair, general industrial, plastics and wood. It is used with hydroxylated polymers, especially polyesters and polyacrylic polyols. It is a viscous solvent-free aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate biuret (HDI homopolymer). TOLONATE™ HDB-LV

Crosslinker suitable for high solids two-component polyurethane coatings and varnishes. It is recommended for hydroxylated polymers, especially polyesters and polyacrylic polyols. It is an aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate biuret (HDI homopolymer). TOLONATE™ HDT-LV2

Crosslinker recommended for very high solids low VOC two component (2K) polyurethanes coatings and varnishes. It is also used in solvent-free and waterborne polyurethane systems. It is an aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer (HDI homopolymer). It is used for hydroxylated polymers, notably polyesters and polyacrylates. It is supplied at 100 % solids and is designed to reduce volatile organic compounds (VOC) emissions of the formulations.
